How PCH Has Grown
PCH Builders began in 2013, founded by the brother-and-sister team of Gursharan and Kulwant and built on over a decade of real estate investment experience across Canada.
What began as a specialized venture in Calgary's Inner-City Infill Market evolved by 2017 into PHBI Accredited Master Builder status, ranked in the Top 5% in Alberta. Since then, we've delivered over 400 homes across custom residential and multi-family construction, and more recently began building out civil construction as an emerging capability.
